Just finished my last weight training session for all 12 weeks of the program I committed to (Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer). Just have cardio outside tomorrow and then I’m done without missing one workout!! Pretty damn proud.
Ridic fun long weekend, with more drinking than I’ve had in a while and some cheat meals. Trying to catch up on sleep early this week and drink lots of green tea, while hitting the last week of LiveFit hard! The weekend /mini vacay was so worth it.
30 rep leg circuits tonight.
I think I’m gonna get my cardio in over lunch today with my pup, then the gym will be circuits and done this evening! It’s pretty nice out, and I have a relatively light workload today.

Set up a tattoo appointment today for permanent toe rings once and for all… and got her started on a design idea I had as well for another this fall.
Got a lot done for work today too. Now, off to train!
I gotta say, Walmart’s Danskin brand and Kmart’s Everlast fitness wear are some of my favorite inexpensive things for workout clothing lately. The prices are more worth it than the ones at Target in my opinion, and there are more cotton options.
Anyone know where I can get bra tanks that have a strappy racerback that don’t cost $70?

SUPER PUMPED to do my workout tonight. Something new, challenging, and closer to my goal. This weather isn’t hurting my emotions or energy either…. holla.
Although I have a lot of work to do the next few weeks, I’m super excited that I am where I’m at already for the spring/summer look (and feel) I want. I’m 5 weeks out from my first beach trip and instead of freaking out and just starting to shred in a hurry, I’m less than 4 weeks away from finishing a great program that is just now starting the cutting phase and have been building muscle all winter long.
