First time at a chiropractor tomorrow - treating some hip issues I’ve been experiencing so I can keep feeling strong and healthy as I complete my fitness goals.
Mid November marks an entire year since I have committed myself to finding a sustainable, fit lifestyle. I have not only found what it takes, but know that what I’ve learned has really resulted in something I can continue for life, and perhaps inspire others.
I have never eaten so well, been so active, committed or experienced so much of a result as I have this past year. I’ve learned a ton, and will be sharing some basic pointers coming up really soon.

For Christmas, I didn’t skip a beat for my workout schedule or nutrition goals. I didn’t gorge or have to tell myself this morning that it’s just water weight. Losing 1 more lb was a super sweet surprise to wake up to!
