What are your summer fitness goals?
I love all the motivational posts here on Tumblr but we don’t see enough pictures of overweighet people exercising. The reality is that we’re not all fit yet but that doesn’t mean that we’re not doing our best to reach our goal. I have so much respect for people who make efforts, no matter what their size or shape is, that I thought I would dedicate them a post.
START.
I love this so much! Don’t ever be ashamed of going to the gym and trying. No matter what other people say, whether they stay or make fun.. ignore them. We ALL have to start somewhere. If you give up, you will never know what you could have achieved. Ignore the naysayers and keep pushing forward!
Are RIDIC. Sweated like crazy, I can feel the exercise boost from GNC BeHot. Then I did 10 mins at 15% incline treadmill until my heel started to ache, then 25 more on the bike steady.
Healthy version of mexican salad tonight: Ground venison with taco seasoning and pepper flakes, spinach, brown rice, black beans, salsa, onions.
Stoked for hitting the machines tonight (with heavy weights!) and burning with HIIT. Focusing the rest of the afternoon on this web project and will probably hit it back up again tonight after my workout. So thankful to have that flexibility and work with me at all times.
Since I know a lot of you work out in the morning, how are you doing with your goals today? Any great pics of your hard work/sweat?
It’s Monday! New week, clean slate and motivation time!
I love this playlist, and used it for some Booty Murder this weekend. It’s over 30 minutes long, but sometimes a girl just needs a few extra tunes to dance to. :)

Working on hooking up our old/extra TV in my basement fitness area and our DVD player since his Xbox plays DVDs in the living room. Then I’m going to do an old pump, kick DVD from Turbo Jam and get my sweat on. Too bad hubby’s also working on something in the basement today, we’ll have to swap it down there cuz I hate that and need alone time for workouts esp for DVDs that I feel silly. lol
