Working from home today, so I’m cooking up some delicious basil salmon and quinoa with broccoli and some tilapia fillets to be heat-up leftovers throughout the weekend!
Can’t cook fast enough…. yum.
A few days ago, I decided to not weigh myself until next week. I’m working really hard in cutting calories and dealing with some hunger. For the long run I will not cut as much but I am determined to lose a few lbs of fat before spring. I’m eating 1600 calories which is sustainable and still gives me enough to work out hard. My body is changing to be more toned even though the weight hadn’t changed for 3+ weeks, so I know I’m still making progress.
A week of dedicated cutting and I’ll re-assess. But, I just wasn’t losing weight for a while and figured the only explanation can be a few too many calories, and the muscle I’m building.
Looking forward to weighing myself on Monday and taking new pics for a real comparison.
