Had a nice walk with puppy last night on a trail and in town, and tonight is legs.
I’m also washing, waxing and changing my oil in my ‘68 today so that will be fun in this gorgeous weather!
Made some decisions last night for the huge upgrades on the car before our car cruise in May. Stoked!!
My tattoo, and inspiration for the name of this blog. Goes with my passion for muscle cars and my mindset on training and myself being strong. This pic was taken the day I got it, in July 2011.
I was raised working on cars and to appreciate the history behind them and our country. I was also raised with a Work Hard Play Hard attitude which helps push me to this day to both work hard but also enjoy the fruits of labor, life and love.
It is the old school Chevrolet Chevelle emblem from the performance motor models and I opted to take out a specific motor size and replace it with “American Muscle”.
