So I haven’t been to the gym in about 6 days. I also snacked and had a few more cheat meals than I should, but I weighed myself this morning and I’m still 125. Whew, and also good reminder that my lifestyle has changed for the good. I’m way more active and eat way better even with the cheats.
Grabbing a ton of produce while I visited good old Lancaster County helped tremendously, but I have definitely had a lot going on my life lately. I’m looking forward to hitting the gym hard tonight and feeling a bit jacked up. Look out Fitocracy!
