Goals & Planning
First of all, I don’t want this to sound wrong so let me say off the bat that I have plenty of fat to burn and know I’m not perfect. However, I am finally happy with my body where it is for the most part. Besides getting a little bit more lean, which is extremely hard to quantify as a goal, I’m struggling to find something to motivate my routines specifically besides overall...
The more the day goes on the more my throat hurts. I definitely need to get back on track from this weekend but I’m going to eat lots of veggies and protein and might chill out tonight. My body needs to recover from all of that liquor that I’m 100% sure is contributing to me feeling run down. I’m old.

I ate pretty week all weekend, but definitely drank my fair share of calories and naughtiness. Oh well, it was a nice needed weekend with the girls and I’m back on track this week. I won’t need to be in a bikini for a while again and with my lifestyle it doesn’t matter! I’m still fit and will be re-planning this week for a refreshed workout program for the next few weeks...

So I’m cutting this week before the beach, and I know I have enough cals in my plan to see me through the day and my workout. That said, I’m snacky! I’ve tried drinking tons of water and eating fresh veggies. I’m in a meeting and trying to concentrate on that instead but all I can think about is eating some carbs. lol Can’t wait for my workout tonight!
I have a bunch of work to do today, but since it’s raining I think I’ll use my lunch break to grab some groceries for my beach trip this week. I already have a list but I’m definitely going to have to cut back the amount I bring with me and repackage things into servings.
